I’ll be taking the week off for a mini-blogging-sabbatical to spend time with family and loved ones. I will return in 2013 with a new look to the blog (so don’t think you’ve landed in the wrong spot!).
In the meantime, feel free to browse through the archives, or think of topics and questions you wish someone would address regarding Christian living and Christian leadership. Then send those thoughts my way.
I hope you have some time this season to enjoy family and friends. (If you’re lucky, they’re the same people!).
In this season of Christ’s arrival, my prayer is that He won’t just come for a visit… but that He will find a home in us all.
The last verse of the Christmas carol, “O Little Town of Bethlehem” says it so eloquently:
O holy Child of Bethlehem,
Descend to us, we pray!
Cast out our sin and enter in,
Be born in us to-day.
We hear the Christmas angels,
The great glad tidings tell;
O come to us, abide with us,
Our Lord Emmanuel!
May God bless us all… each and every one of us!
